Managing Partner, and Sr. Recruiter, Matthew Novak acquired his unique recruiting skills through assignments of increased responsibility in Talent Acquisition and HR leadership over the course of the last 20 plus years in advanced materials and manufacturing industry.

His most recent experience with BASF included work with the following divisions of the company; Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Dispersions and Pigments, Paper Chemicals, Water Treatment, Urethanes, Personal Care, and  Expansion Control Systems (Watson Bowman).

Matt brings hands on experience working in the following roles; engineering, technical sales and marketing, and all facets of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. He has been involved in all sides of the Talent equation as an employee, candidate, HR Professional and Recruiter.

Prior to BASF, Matt managed successful full desk recruiting activities in the area of Specialty Materials with The Mergis Group (Division of Spherion), and Sanford Rose Associates. His areas of focus range across professional disciplines from the experienced professional level to Executive placements.
